Composition Assignments # 1&2

In this assignment we explored 11 different elements of composition. We did research on each of them and then we practiced taking pictures of each element of composition.

These are the pictures I took for each element:
1.lines: metal bars in the lunchroom
2.texture: plant
3.symmetry: main hallway
4.pattern:mosaic
5.rule of thirds: rae :)
6.depth of field: open book
7.space: present on wall
8.perspective: piano
9.color: present on red wall
10.frame: nick :)
11.balance: ornament&clock

What I learned in this assignment is that there are many ways of taking pictures. By finding out information about each of the elements of composition, you were able to create a good picture in the end.
